Thank you, that wasvery interesting. Actually,I was born in Thailand in 1959 but my parents fled and settled here to the UK. Honestly, I didnt really care much about my Thai history until my mum died recently, now I’ve been trying to discover as much as I can. Seemed like food culture was as good a place as any to start !
