Disneyland In Paris France
If you’re looking to visit Disneyland, then the Disneyland Park in Paris is more affordable and a much easier option to undertake than visiting Florida. Where To Stay?
Disneyland Paris has a number of hotels within easy reach of the Park and although you may pay a little more to stay at these than a non-Disney hotel, you will certainly experience high quality service, fantastic surroundings and the children will experience visits from well known favourite Disney characters, the exciting surroundings and Disney themed bedrooms. The children might like it, but adults often love it, because there are the characters they knew and loved from their own childhood to see – Goofy, Mickey and Minne and Donald Duck to name a few.
What’s On?
If you are a bit worried that Disneyland Paris isn’t the real deal compared to Parks in America, don’t be. There’s more than enough to keep children and adults entertained and busy. All the big rides and attractions are there including the brand new “Toy Soldiers: Parachute Drop” ride, providing a heart-pounding thrill as you experience what it feels like to be in a real-life parachute jump! There are also the amazing Sand Sculptures new for 2011 – where sand artists have created models of the Disney Castle, Tiger, the “cast” from Toy Story and Cars.There are lots to see and the work is really life like – so watch out for some of the more colourful characters from Pirate of The Carribean! They look real!
Through to October 2011 there’s the Disney Magical Moments Festival which happens every single day and also ties in with some great deals – children can go free on some dates. Be prepared to spend some time on checking out the deals, because costs can vary. The range of things to do is huge now, and you will need three days – strange, fantastical houses, thrill rides, and puppet shows. Whether you want a more gentle pastimes, such as painting with Minnie, or clinging onto the safety bar of the Wild West RailRoad Train as it storms through the canyons and waterfalls, you’ll have something new to see and do every minute of the day.
The Disney Dance Express has now hit the park too, a daily parade with all your favourite Disney characters and more colour and music than you can shake a stick at and as with all the Disney parades, shows are completely free of charge and boast that little spark of Disney magic.
One of the most frequently asked questions is whether to buy a one day ticket, or buy a full 3 day pass. If you’re taking young children to Paris for three days, and they are not yet at a stage to appreciate the museums and galleries, chances are, they’ll be very happy to spend three whole days in Disneyland Paris. Once children reach and age of double figures – the world of Disney doesn’t have the same impact, so if you can, take them when they are a little younger and they’ll have the time of their lives.
