Sunglasses – Shades for Sun Protection

by in Uncategorized

Sunglasses or Shades

As we have discussed previously the most effective sun protection it to cover up – beach clothing and sun hats offer full protection from direct midday sun but what about the glare of reflected sun?  Eyes need protecting too and here we take a look at sunglasses that both look great and give full UV protection

Best Quality Sunglasses

Invest in a decent pair of sunglasses that give you 100 percent protection from damaging UV radiation, and you will reduce your risk of developing cataracts and age-related macular degeneration as you get older. Sunglasses also stop you squinting against the glare, reducing headaches and eye strain (and possibly saving you a few wrinkles…).

You could splash out on a popular and trusted designer brand such as Ray-Ban and Oakley, but shops with a good range will also stock cheaper alternatives that offer equally good sun protection.

As with swimwear, take your time trying on lots of different styles and don’t be scared to step outside of your comfort zone. Whether you go for a trademark Victoria Beckham-style chunky pair, or the classic Aviator look, your choice can make quite a statement.

i love the bobcat hair-do of Victoria Beckham, kind of reminds me of the Spice Girls era.

I prefer to stick to the designer brands. I’d rather be sure of my sun protection.
